About the Role
Develop and execute the overall growth strategy across digital channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, YouTube, Email, Affiliates).
Build targeted funnels for B2C and B2B segments, from first touchpoint to subscription or demo booking.
Manage website content and structure (Wix CMS): landing pages, pricing, product updates.
Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Own email marketing automation — onboarding sequences, product newsletters, win-back campaigns.
Coordinate content creation — product articles, videos, demo materials, and thought-leadership posts.
Analyze marketing data and KPIs (CAC, conversion rates, retention, activation).
Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and lead qualification.
Prepare one-pagers, decks, and investor materials that highlight APAIIR’s unique value.
Manage and expand the community channels (Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn).
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SaaS or fintech marketing, ideally multi-segment (B2C & B2B).
Solid understanding of growth metrics and acquisition funnels.
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Skilled in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid ad management.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (technical yet accessible).
Familiarity with financial / trading / investment products is a strong plus.
Hands-on mindset: ability to launch, test, and iterate campaigns independently.
