About the Role
As a Revenue & Growth Lead, you will fully own and scale APAIIR’s revenue acquisition engine. Your mission is to deliver measurable revenue growth by building and optimizing scalable acquisition systems across digital channels and strategic partnerships.
You will define and execute growth strategies aligned with company revenue objectives, transforming market opportunities into predictable customer acquisition and paid conversions. You are accountable for improving activation, increasing trial-to-paid conversion, optimizing customer acquisition cost, and maximizing return on marketing investment. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
A key part of the role is building and scaling a performance-based affiliate and partner ecosystem that becomes a significant revenue channel for APAIIR. You will lead data-driven experiments, allocate budgets with discipline, and own the commercial performance of your initiatives.
Working closely with the Founder and Product team, you will shape how APAIIR grows, scales, and captures market share. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to take full commercial responsibility for building and scaling a predictable revenue engine in a fast-growing SaaS company.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or revenue-focused roles (SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics
Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and marketing budgets
Hands-on experience with lifecycle email marketing and automation
Experience building or managing affiliate / partner programs is a strong advantage
Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data
Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of growth initiatives
Excellent written communication skills in English
