Important: APAIIR does not provide financial advice. APAIIR is an analytical and research tool, not a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor. Nothing provided through APAIIR, including events, strategies, backtests, simulated portfolios, AI-generated outputs, and market data, is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Trading and investing involve significant risk, including the loss of all invested capital. APAIIR (the "Platform") is operated by A. P. AI Investing Robots LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 438674, with its registered office at Ampelonon 37, 4607 Limassol, Cyprus ("APAIIR", "we", "us").

This Disclaimer applies to your use of the Platform, including all tools, features, and services we provide. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. No Financial Advice

1. The Platform is an analytical and research tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, and APAIIR does not act as a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor.

2. All information, data, and analysis available on the Platform, including events, strategies built manually or with AI, backtest results, and simulated portfolios, are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. Events (also called signals) are generated automatically when the rules of a strategy are met. Strategies are built from rules and parameters defined by users themselves, including rules drafted with the Platform's AI tools. Events do not take into account your personal financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.

4. No advisory, fiduciary, or client-broker relationship is created between you and APAIIR.

5. APAIIR is not licensed or authorised by CySEC or any other financial regulator and does not provide regulated investment services. It does not receive, transmit, or execute orders. "Orders" and "trades" recorded in the Platform are your own entries in your own tracked or simulated portfolio.

6. Some strategies are published by their authors and become visible to other users in the same workspace. Their regular recalculation against market data is mechanical; it is not an opinion, endorsement, ranking, or recommendation by APAIIR. APAIIR does not select or recommend any strategy for any user, and adding any strategy to your portfolio is your own decision.

7. Users are solely responsible for their trading and investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment choices.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the information provided on the Platform.

3. Market data is obtained from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

4. Backtest and simulation results are hypothetical. They are based on historical data, do not reflect actual trading, and may not account for factors such as fees, commissions, slippage, liquidity, and taxes.

5. Strategies and other outputs generated with AI may contain errors and should be reviewed independently before any use.

6. The Platform is currently in beta and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Please verify any information against independent public sources before relying on it, and report any errors or bugs to support@apaiir.com.

4. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APAIIR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, and our total liability is limited as set out in Section 11 of our Terms of Service.

2. In particular, we are not responsible for:

   • Losses resulting from trading or investment decisions based on Platform data, events, or analysis.

   • Interruptions in service, including technical failures or maintenance periods.

   • Errors or inaccuracies in the data or analysis provided.

3. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, and nothing in it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Risk Warning

1. Trading and investment activities involve significant risks, including the potential loss of all invested capital. Cryptocurrencies and commodities can be especially volatile.

2. The Platform does not interact with real-money accounts or with trading platforms chosen by you. Any financial transactions are carried out solely on the platforms you select and are your sole responsibility.

3. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results.

4. By using the Platform, you accept these risks and acknowledge that APAIIR is not responsible for any financial losses you incur.
