APAIIR Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nothing provided through APAIIR, including events, strategies, backtests, simulated portfolios, AI-generated outputs, and market data, is financial, investment, tax, or trading advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. This policy explains how free trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for APAIIR (the "Platform"), operated by A. P. AI Investing Robots LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 438674, with its registered office at Ampelonon 37, 4607 Limassol, Cyprus ("APAIIR", "we", "us").

This policy applies to individual subscriptions purchased online. Team and enterprise plans are governed by their separate agreements.

1. Subscription Plans

APAIIR is offered as a monthly or an annual subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT for your country is added at checkout where applicable, and the total is shown before you pay. You manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices in the Account section of the APAIIR web app (platform.apaiir.com). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time: the switch takes effect immediately, and the unused part of your current monthly period is credited against the annual price. A switch from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid annual period.

2. Free Trial

1. New users can try APAIIR free of charge for 14 days. Each person can use the free trial only once.

2. You provide a payment method when you start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial.

3. When the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically, and the first payment is charged on that day.

4. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. You keep access until the end of the trial period.

3. How to Cancel

1. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the APAIIR web app: sign in at platform.apaiir.com, open Account, and select "Cancel renewal". You can also email support@apaiir.com from the email address linked to your account.

2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further payments will be taken. Until then, you can undo the cancellation in Account by selecting "Keep subscription".

3. Except as described in Sections 4 and 6, payments already made are not refunded, including for any unused part of a billing period.

4. Subscription fees pay for access to the Platform's research tools, not for investment advice or investment results. Trading or investment losses, or the performance of any strategy, event, or portfolio, are not grounds for a refund. This does not affect your right of withdrawal under Section 4 or your statutory rights.

4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

1. If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade or profession), you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day of the first payment for your subscription, after any free trial, and ends 14 days later.

2. If you withdraw within this period, we will refund the full amount of that first payment, for both monthly and annual subscriptions.

3. The right of withdrawal applies to the first payment of a new subscription. It does not apply to automatic renewal payments, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see Section 3).

4. To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to support@apaiir.com before the withdrawal period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not required.

5. Once you withdraw, your subscription ends and your access to paid features stops.

5. How Refunds Are Made

We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Billing Errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us at support@apaiir.com and we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including your rights if the Platform does not work as described.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply to payments made before the change.
